It would appear the decree of the "Greek God" has not fallen on def ears as the Dangerous Adrenaline Wrestling Gladiators front office. Announced today through DAWG's Facebook Page and Twitter, the Main Event of Wrath of Champions: Patriot Games has been decided. Papadon receives his first opportunity to challenge for the DAWG Heavyweight Championship. Papadon has made quite the impact in DAWG despite the fact that he's only had two official matches. The "Greek God" Papadon made his debut while competing in a 9 Man Elimination Match for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship at last years Wrath of Champions. And in his second showing, Papadon practically stole the show in his victory against long time rival "The Superior Athlete" Anthony Nese. However Papadon's presence in the region has been long established being a former NWA Shockwave Champion and more recently hold wins over WWE Superstar Mike of the Spirit Squad and Ricky Reyes. Not to mention winning the 2012 Super 8 Tournament and making it to the finals of this year. With Damien Wayne's exhausting schedule as NWA National Champion, perhaps this is the perfect opportunity for the Wrath of the Greek God.
